Post-Construction Cleaning in Oklahoma City

New builds and renovations leave behind a very specific kind of mess: fine drywall dust that settles on every surface, adhesive and paint spots, sticker residue on windows and appliances, and debris in corners, tracks and vents.

Post-construction cleaning clears all of that so the space can actually be used. It is detail work done in passes, because dust that is stirred up during the first pass has to be removed again once it settles.

We clean after new construction, remodels, additions and rental turnovers, for both homes and commercial spaces. Tell us the size of the space and the stage the work is at when you request a quote.

Post-Construction Cleaning Questions

When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?
After the trades are finished and the debris has been hauled out. If painters or installers come back afterward, the space will need another pass, so it is best booked as the final step.
Why does construction dust take more than one pass?
Fine drywall dust stays airborne and settles again after surfaces are disturbed. The space is cleaned in passes so the dust that resettles after the first pass is removed too.
Do you handle construction debris removal?
Heavy debris and material haul-off should be handled by the builder before we arrive. We take care of the cleaning — dust, residue, glass, fixtures, cabinetry and floors.
